Our 2025 YTCA Roving National is scheduled to be held September 1-3, 2025 at the Embassy Suites UK Coldstream, 1801 Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY 40501.
The 2025 National will include our Yorkshire Terrier Top 20 Event, a dinner/banquet and a fundraising auction.
The 2025 schedule is as follows:
Ohio Valley Regional – Monday, September 1, 2025
YTCA NATIONAL – Tuesday, September 2, 2025
YTCA Regional – Wednesday, September 3, 2025
There are only a few days remaining to reserve your room in our contracted block at a discounted rate of $139, with a one-time pet fee per room of $50 for up to 4 dogs. The deadline is July 26, 2025. If your room is already booked, please make sure you booked under the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America block. It is very important that we get credit for every room booked so that we meet our contracted agreement with the host hotel. Also, if enough rooms are booked, the hotel will provide the club with free hotel rooms for our judges which will save the club money on show expenses.
August 1, 2025 is the deadline for “Follow The Yorkie Bourbon Trail” YTCA Dinner reservations at $65 per person. Join us for a night of food, fun, auction and yorkie talk on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. The YTCA Top Twenty event will be followed by the YTCA Banquet Dinner and Live Auction. Please see Page 14 in the attached Planning Book for the dinner reservation form and instructions.
